Just over two years ago, we packed up the 9 – 5 and embarked on a yearlong expedition around the world.
From spicy Sri Lankan curries to succulent Vietnamese pork baguettes, we weren’t ones to shy away from all the different cuisines and exciting flavours on our trip. When we touched down in Blighty we set about curating a menu that was inspired by our globetrotting adventure, but rooted in British tradition. This is when Oink Farmyard was born.
We started off with a menu solely dedicated to the bacon butty, and each of these butties had a twist of flavour influenced from our trip. Then after 6 months of wet and windy weather in our gazebo, we welcomed Percy, our brand new food truck, which opened up new opportunities for us. Our menu was able to evolve and we decided to add another piggy treat into our butties, developing them into burgers by including a pork patty. Serving our new porky burgers (but still keeping the traditional bacon butty on our menu) along with sides of fries and halloumi fries from the truck helped us grow as a lunchtime/evening street food option.
Our aim? Well it’s simple, to create a burger with a point of difference using pork mince instead of beef, accompanied by the finest ingredients and lovingly homemade sauces and relishes. These burgers and our traditional bacon butty inspire to be the most talked about street food yumminess around London.

All of our meat used to create our delicious butties and burgers is top quality Free Range British pork. The sauces and relishes we use are all lovingly homemade and on top of this, they are all served in lightly toasted freshly baked demi-brioche buns.
Locally sourced
We are committed to sourcing our pork exclusively from British farms with a farm-to-table attitude. Our streaky bacon comes from a farm in Suffolk which shares our passion for outdoor reared, healthy and happy pigs. Our demi-brioche buns are delivered fresh daily from our bakers based just 1 mile down the road and all of our veg is sourced from our local market.
Environmentally Friendly
By using pork as the mince and staple of our butties and burgers means we are using less than 1/3 of CO2 emissions in our production than if we used beef mince. Not only this, we are an al round fully sustainable company, recycling all waste and using only bio-degradable packaging.

We offer a cultured range of hand smashed pork burgers with various flavours and homemade fillings, all served in demi-brioche buns.
